Cancellation Policy

• ​​​All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged, except strictly under our designated Order Modification Terms.

• Backorders & Pre-orders: Confirmed backorders and pre-orders are strictly non-cancellable, non-modifiable, and cannot be substituted for other products at any stage. Cancellations are not accepted due to delays in production

• External Delays: Cancellations are not accepted due to delays in shipping or delivery or any other factors beyond our reasonable control.

• Defective Items:Orders cannot be cancelled if a product arrives with a manufacturing or material defect. MysticFocus will remedy the issue via repair or replacement once the defect is verified. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for details.

• Right to Cancel: MysticFocus reserves the absolute right to cancel any order without prior notice (including returning non-deliverable shipments). Approved refunds except shipping and applicable gateway charges are processed back to the original payment method within 2 weeks of the items being returned to us in their original, pristine packaging.
