Repair Policy

​​Terms

  • Eligibility: Repair services and warranty claims are exclusive to the original purchaser of products sold by MysticFocus in India. Warranties are non-transferable; subsequent owners are not eligible for any claims or services.

  • Authorised Service: As the exclusive India distributor for Voigtländer and RAYQUAL, MysticFocus reserves the absolute right to handle all servicing. Repairs are executed by our factory-trained authorized service partner in India using original manufacturer spare parts and benchmarking standards.

  • Service Territory: We only service products currently located within India. MysticFocus will not ship products overseas for repair, nor authorize third-party repairs abroad.

  • Exclusion of Outside Purchases: We do not offer repair services or accept warranty claims for any gear purchased outside of India, or from unauthorized resellers within India.

  • Voiding of Warranty: Any warranty is instantly voided if a product has been previously opened, altered, or subjected to attempted repairs by unauthorised personnel, either in India or abroad.

  • Prerequisites for Service: To initiate a repair request, customers must ship the product in its original retail packaging accompanied by the original MysticFocus invoice showing the matching serial number. Failure to provide these will result in a denial of service.

 

Billable Services & Out-of-Warranty Repairs

Customers will be charged for all spare parts, repair labor, and two-way shipping under the following conditions:

  • Out-of-Warranty: The product's 18-month warranty period has expired.

  • User-Inflicted Damage: Regardless of warranty status, faults caused by accidents, drops, physical impacts, water/liquid ingress, sand, fire, extreme humidity, neglect, or forceful use with incompatible third-party accessories.

  • Preventive Maintenance: Routine cleaning, calibration, or preventive servicing is always billable, regardless of the product’s warranty status.

 

Limitations & Liability

  • Cosmetic Blemishes: We do not offer repair or restoration services for cosmetic scratches, dents, or surface wear.

  • No Standby Gear: MysticFocus does not provide loaner or standby equipment while your product is undergoing repair.

  • No Post-Repair Warranty: No additional or extended warranty cover is provided for the specific service or repair work carried out.

  • Finality of Service: All completed repairs are thoroughly tested to manufacturer standards and are deemed final. Frivolous claims regarding original performance will not be entertained. If a severely damaged product cannot be restored to 100% functionality, the customer will be notified before work proceeds.

  • Consequential Losses: MysticFocus is not liable for any consequential damages or business losses resulting from service turnaround timelines or repair delays.

 

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be settled in accordance with the prevailing laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi/NCR.
