Repair Policy

Mystic Focus shall remedy complaints by repairing product(s) that develop faults under normal usage conditions

 

All repair work shall be carried out by our highly trained authorized service partner in India, with original spare parts sourced directly from their respective manufacturers by us

Our repair standards are as per the guidelines set by the manufacturers themselves and are fully backed by them. We shall thoroughly test & benchmark all service & repair work to ensure restoration of the faulty product in fully working order

As an exclusive distributor of Voigtländer, Rayqual & Heliopan in India, Mystic Focus reserves absolute right in repairing or servicing product(s) sold by it

 

No warranty claims shall be accepted for goods purchased either from an authorized / unauthorized reseller outside of India or from any un-authorized reseller within India. The decision to provide chargeable repair services shall be at our sole discretion and at no point, we shall assume any liability for its complete restoration

 

Mystic Focus reserves the right to refusal of repair & service requests if the product(s) have been previously attempted for service, repair, or both, by an unauthorized 3rd party service agent

 

Customers are requested to retain all original retail packaging material for safe shipping of the product(s) back to us along with the original copy of Mystic Focus Order Invoice, bearing requisite serial number of the product(s) being sent failing which all requests for repair or service shall be denied

 

Customers shall be charged for periodic preventive maintenance related servicing regardless of the product’s warranty status

 

Customers shall be charged for repair & replacement with original spare parts, servicing &  two-way shipping  for all out of warranty repairs

 

Customers shall be charged for repair, spare parts and two-way shipping if the product(s), regardless of their warranty status, develops fault or damage due to accident, external or internal physical damages, excessive mishandling, improper use, dropping, forceful use with incompatible or sub-standard products not sold by Mystic Focus such as adapters, filters, hoods, gross neglect in handling and storing, water, dust / sand, fire, unauthorized repair or service by 3rd party, custom modification(s), extreme environmental conditions, humidity and forceful use with other sub-standard equipment or accessory

 

Under no circumstances Mystic Focus shall assume any liability of sending product(s) outside of India including its respective manufacturers for any repair work, nor authorizes repair by a 3rd party if the product to be repaired is not in India

 

Warranty shall void if a customer uses the service of an un-authorized service personnel either in India or abroad

 

Under no circumstances we shall accept frivolous claims that the serviced or repaired product no longer functions like it originally did, and that it must be replaced with a new one. If the goods cannot be restored back to its 100% working order due to various reasons, customers shall be notified of the same. Customers shall approve to proceed with the service or repair of the product(s)

 

There is no service available for cosmetic blemishes including scratches & dents

 

All service & repairs carried out by us shall be deemed final & binding to all parties

 

We do not provide additional warranty cover against service or repair work carried out on product(s) that is both in and out of warranty

 

We do not provide a standby product in exchange for use during the course of the repair being carried out on a faulty product

 

Mystic Focus shall not be liable for any consequential damages, nor entertain any claims for losses caused due to the delays in the service or repair of goods regardless of its warranty status

 

All disputes shall be settled in accordance with the prevailing laws of India, with the courts of Pune having exclusive jurisdiction
