Stock availability

MysticFocus prides in bringing some of the finest products that are beautifully handcrafted to high precision & exceptional quality standards in today’s time. Given the nature of the skills required to produce these world class products, production quantities are very limited and demand for them globally is huge. Naturally the availability of these products also changes very rapidly without notice

All products that are in stock on our website are reflective of their combined stock availability between our warehouse in India and their respective factories in Japan, hence some orders either in full, or in parts, may take up to 4 weeks to fulfil. Products that are out of stock can be ordered using our offline ordering process, qualifying it either as a backorder or preorder. Please read further to know more details


Placing orders online

Customers can seamlessly add product(s) in stock to cart, checkout & pay to place their order(s) online while browsing through our extensive product catalogues on this website, either as a registered user or guest. The ordering system on this website is designed for a quick hassle-free checkout experience offering a variety of payment options at the same time


Placing orders offline

Customers can place an order for both in and out of stock product(s) either by directly making the payment to one of our current bank accounts or via an online payment link generated by us upon request


Customers are requested to first email us at clearly indicating the products(s) they wish to buy and their preferred mode of making the payment so that appropriate payment support can be extended


Backorders & Preorders

We process backorders and preorders respectively for those product(s) that are temporarily out of stock and are newly launched as listed on our website. These product(s) subsequently become available at a later date as also indicated on their respective product description page


Depending upon the manufacturer's recurring production schedule, limited supply & huge demand, such product(s) take anywhere between 4 weeks to 3 months to arrive in our stocks again. Placing backorder or preorder for such product(s) minimizes the wait period and guarantees delivery as & when they become available in our stocks next


Customers who are interested in buying these product(s) and are also willing to wait, can jump the queue by paying a minimum of 50% in advance. The remaining dues are to be cleared only when the product(s) are ready to be shipped to the customers


Placing backorders & preorders

All backorders & preorders shall be placed as offline orders described above. An advance payment receipt is issued indicating the mode of payment, payment references, product(s) ordered, total amount paid, total amount due and its tentative delivery timeline   


International Orders

International Orders cannot be placed by using an International Debit / Credit cards. The use of International Debit / Credit cards have been completely suspended due to growing instances of fraudulent transactions using stolen cards.


Customers from India’s neighbouring countries i.e., Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka are however welcome to place orders from us by doing an international remittance directly to our bank account as listed here. 18% GST is not applicable for International orders billed & shipped to these countries, however there shall be international shipping charges & a fixed payment processing fee of 3% levied on all orders. Order modifications

Modifications are allowed if a customer wants to add more product(s) to their original order before dispatch. Please email us at or call us on +91 84110 88426 for queries & payment support


If you find that you have ordered an incorrect accessory or wrong combination of product(s), please email us at or call us on +91 84110 88426 immediately. If the order has not been dispatched, we shall remedy by modifying your order before shipping. However, if the order has been dispatched or delivered, a formal approval from us would then be required for the return of the wrong product(s) to facilitate all exchanges to be made in lieu of this modification. During this time, customers must not unbox or use any of the ordered product(s) either in part or full while the process of modifying their order is underway. Additionally, modification of an order that has been delivered shall be carried out as per our return policy and may also incur two-way shipping charges besides settlement of price differential between the products being exchanged. Product(s) to be returned for exchange must be in their original packaging failing which no modification shall be approved
