Orders, Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, Service, Repair & Payment Options


  1. Mystic Focus is an e-commerce platform that provides safe and convenient ordering, checkout & multiple payment facilities online, or through bank transfer using IMPS / NEFT / RTGS and payment links via email / sms for preorders / advance

  2. We do not accept payments in cash and there is no provision to waive off GST in lieu of Cash or sale without bill

  3. We do not offer any discounts regardless of the size of your order, hence please do not email us asking for "final price" which is the same as what you see on our website

  4. We do not benchmark our prices against B&H or Adorama as then the prices will go further up! And if you were in California, dollar for dollar you would then almost want to buy from us instead. If you remove 18% GST off our all inclusive product prices, you can very well see that our prices are the lowest anywhere in the world. Yes. And, we do not get to keep your 18% GST even if you cannot / do not take your GST input credit.  Hence, please do not send us an email asking why our prices not on par with them 

  5. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 11 AM the same day, though this is not 100% guaranteed. Please visit our Shipping & Delivery page for more details

  6. Order processing will be subject to successful realization of the payment made

  7. We also accept preorders for out of stock items that may be available depending on the manufacturer's lead time which could also be long at times. In order to minimize the wait period, we urge our customers to pay a minimum 50% advance to pre-book & reserve their items as they are produced in limited quantities and run out of stock very quickly. Once the preorders are lodged and confirmed by us, they cannot be changed or cancelled back

  8. If you wish to modify your order by adding more items before dispatch, please email or call us for queries & payment support 

  9. We provide fully compliant GST Tax Invoices for B2B sales 


  1. Orders placed via our website can only be cancelled before the items have been dispatched. All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 2 working days

  2. Refunds in lieu of cancellation of orders may take up to 5 additional working days to  reflect in your respective bank

  3. Orders that have been dispatched will no longer be eligible for any cancellation or refunds

  4. No cancellation is offered for confirmed preorders

  5. No cancellation is offered for delays in production, shipping, customs or factors beyond our reasonable control for confirmed preorders


  1. Goods once sold & delivered cannot be returned, exchanged or bought back by us at any stage. Mystic Focus does not resell items as "open box",  "customer returns", "customer upgrades" or "customer exchanges" to its customers. We do not maintain such inventory and most importantly, we do not want anyone including yourself to have any notion that there is a possibility of receiving a used or a customer return item as brand new 

  2. We do not buy back even if you intend to upgrade or are a repeat customer

  3. In an unlikely scenario, if you receive a product that appears to have a manufacturing defect, please email us within 2 days of receiving it explaining the issues. We will advise you of the correct method of shipping them back. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit if the return shipping is not organized by us 

  4. We reserve the right to repair, replace or refund for goods only under the manufacturer's warranty. No damages will be paid for consequential losses

  5. Faults or damages caused by accident, use of incompatible or sub-standard products such as adapters, filters, hoods not bought from us, gross neglect, 3rd party unauthorized repair, modifications, misuse or normal wear and tear will not be covered under our limited warranty 

  6. All our goods are double checked at factory & our warehouse before being double boxed and dispatched to ensure no physical damages are caused to the product & its retail packaging. It is therefore highly unlikely that the product will develop defect upon arrival. However, if you find any damage to the shipping box, please contact us immediately


  1. In the absence of the option to repair or replace a defective product, a decision to issue refund will be taken within 3 working days of receiving the actual faulty product. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method and it may take up to 5 additional working days for the refund to reflect in your respective bank

  2. All updates & decisions with regards to the repair, replacement or refund of a faulty product will be duly communicated via subsequent email notifications

  3. All disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction only

Service & Repair

  1. As an exclusive distributor of Voigtländer, Rayqual & Heliopan, Mystic Focus reserves absolute right in servicing or repairing goods sold by it

  2. No warranty claims will be accepted for goods bought in another country or from any un-authorized dealer / distributor in India. The decision to provide paid service / repair would be at our sole discretion and at no point, we will assume any liability for its complete restoration

  3. Mystic Focus reserves the right to refuse service / repair of goods that have been attempted for service / repair in the past by a 3rd party service personnel  

  4. All service / repair work will be carried out by our highly trained authorized service partner in India, with spare parts sourced directly from their respective manufacturer

  5. Our repair standards are as per the guidelines set by the manufacturer and are fully supported by them. We will thoroughly test & benchmark all service / repair work against a fully working model to ensure complete restoration of the faulty product

  6. Goods under warranty will be serviced free of charge including any spares that may be required for complete restoration & working of the product

  7. No warranty claims will be accepted for goods that have suffered physical damage either externally, or internally due to excessive mishandling / dropping from a height, and forceful use with other non-standard equipment 

  8. Customers are requested to retain original retail packaging for safe shipping of the goods, & share original copy of Mystic Focus Order Invoice bearing requisite serial number of the product to be sent for repair

  9. Customers will be charged for servicing, spare parts and two-way shipping for all out of warranty repairs

  10. Under no circumstances Mystic Focus will assume any liability of sending goods outside of India for any repair work, nor authorizes repair by a 3rd party if the product to be repaired is not in India

  11. Warranty will be void if a customer uses the service of an un-authorized service personnel either in India or abroad

  12. Under no circumstances we will accept frivolous claims that the repaired goods no longer functions like it originally did, and that it must be replaced with a new one. If the goods cannot be restored back to its 100% working order due to various reasons (most likely due to a physical damage), we will confirm that upfront after careful inspection and before going ahead with the final service / repair

  13. All service / repairs carried out by us shall be deemed final & binding to all parties

  14. We do not provide additional warranty against service / repair jobs to products that are both in or out of warranty

  15. Mystic Focus will not be liable for any consequential damages caused due to the delays in the repair & restoration of goods regardless of its warranty status

  16. Mystic Focus does not provide to its customers any standby products in exchange for use during the course of their goods being repaired

  17. Our Lenses & Close Focus adapters are precision engineered pure mechanical devices that will become softer over time with constant use. Under no circumstances it is implied that a service / repair will make them tight again. The minor play that all mechanical devices naturally develop over time is neither an attribute of a poor material or bad engineering, and in no way found to cause any deterioration in its original performance. Our new age lenses & adapters are exceptionally well made, with extremely tight tolerances & use of highest quality metal for rigidity & stiffness that literally makes them immortal 

Payment Options

  1. We accept payments online on our website using Debit, Credit cards, NetBanking, UPI and Wallet options. We also accept direct bank transfer such as IMPS / NEFT / RTGS or via cheque. 

  2. Our payment gateways accept Visa, MasterCard, UPI, RuPay & Maestro Credit & Debit cards online as well as Netbanking & Wallets.

  3. When choosing to pay with a card on our website, secured payment gateway is provided by CitrusPay (a PayU Company), RazorPay & Paypal. The information you enter is sent directly to the respective payment gateway and no card data is read or stored by our systems. 

  4. We can also generate offline payment links via our RazorPay secure payment gateway which provides similar elaborate options for completing your online transactions in a more convenient way. If you wish to use this option, please share your mobile number & email ID as the payment link is sent directly to them. The payment link then connects you to RazorPay's secure payment gateway, hence no third party merchant is involved. Once the Payment is successful, RazorPay will send out payment confirmation by mail & SMS to the customer followed by an order received confirmation & processing email notifications.   

  5. Payment on Delivery Option is not available. All Our products are securely packed & padded inside a 5-ply heavy duty shipping box that can comfortably withstand all in-transit abuse. The products are inspected & tested before being dispatched hence there are absolutely no chances of it encountering any mechanical failure on arrival.  

  6. Mystic Focus does not provide options for payment with EMI facility or payment in parts. EMI facility is a type of a loan that only a Bank / NBFC at its discretion can provide to its customers as per the RBI guidelines. EMI facility is not linked to us or any merchant / retailer for that matter, since you are essentially taking a loan to pay in full for item(s) you wish to buy. So, if you hold a credit card and wish to pay for an order using it in EMIs, we recommend you to confirm with your respective credit card issuing bank for your overall eligibility, & their process of availing the EMI facility. Most banks offer EMI facilities by default to their credit card customers and offer to convert completed transactions of amount ranging from as low as INR 2500 or above into 3, 6, 12 or more months of EMIs. Please note that it is entirely between you & your bank with matters related to the offering, withdrawal or rejection of EMI related facilities to you and, Mystic Focus will in no way be liable / responsible or party to any disputes at any given point in time. 

  7. If you are not comfortable checking out with the payment gateways on our website, you can always pay us through NEFT / IMPS / RTGS to either one of our Current Bank accounts as per your convenience
