We are the official distributor, stockists and direct reseller of brand-new, world-class high-end camera lenses, adapters, viewfinders, light meters, and accessories exclusively in India for Voigtländer & Rayqual. Every order is processed directly by us to guarantee a secure, genuine, and premium shopping experience.

 

Stock & Production Realities

Our products are precision-handcrafted in Japan to exceptional quality standards by their respective manufacturers. Due to the expert skill required, global production quantities are highly limited, and demand is exceptionally high.

  • Combined Inventory: Stock availability shown on our website reflects a combined real-time status of our India warehouse and the factories in Japan.

  • Fulfilment Lead Time: While items ready in our India warehouse ship immediately, some orders may take up to 6 weeks to fulfil if stock needs to be pulled from Japan.

  • Stock Inquiries: Please refer to the specific product page for exact delivery lead times, or email us to confirm availability before ordering.

 

Ordering Options

1. Online Orders (for in-Stock / arriving items)

Items marked as in-stock can be ordered directly through our website without any assistance. We support quick, secure checkouts for both registered users and guests with a wide variety of payment options - both digital (cards, UPI, Wallets, Netbanking) and NEFT / IMPS / RGTS. In case the online payment gateway is unavailable at the time of ordering due to a technical issue, please check back after sometime or contact us for further assistance.

2. Offline Orders (for all orders including back & pre-orders)

This option is for customers who prefer assisted and traditional payment options i.e. direct bank transfer. Apart from paying for in-stock items with this option, customers can also make part payment to book out-of-stock (as back or pre-order) / or newly launched models, as per the following process:

  • How to Order: Email us with the product names and your preferred payment method. We will provide our corporate bank details or generate a secure online payment link.

  • Jump the Queue Advantage: Secure your place in line by paying a 50% advance deposit. The remaining 50% balance is due only when your item is ready to ship from our warehouse in India.

  • Timelines: Depending on the manufacturer's production schedule, backorders and pre-orders generally take between 4 weeks to 3 months to arrive. We will always inform you of the tentative timeline upfront and issue a formal advance payment receipt detailing your order specifications.

  • Strict Allocation Policy: To maintain absolute transparency, we do not accept requests or take payments for items for which we have no formal visibility regarding their production schedule or next availability.

Order Modifications

  • Before Dispatch: If you wish to add items to an existing order, email us immediately for payment support and consolidated shipping.

  • Incorrect Items Ordered: If you mistakenly ordered the wrong accessory or lens combination, notify us before dispatch so we can amend it free of charge.

  • Post-Dispatch/Delivery Changes: If your order has already left our warehouse or been delivered, modifications require formal approval and fall under our return policy:

    • Items must remain completely unboxed, unused, and in their original packaging.

    • The customer is responsible for all two-way shipping charges and any price differentials between the exchanged items.
