Returns Policy

  • ​​All Sales Final: Goods once sold and delivered cannot be returned, exchanged, or bought back under any circumstances, except as explicitly described in this section—even for repeat customers looking to upgrade. MysticFocus exclusively stocks and sells brand-new items; we do not maintain inventory for open boxes, customer returns, exchanges, or refurbished gear.

  • No Trial Policy: We are not a rental house or a testing ground for the curious or skeptical. We do not accommodate requests to carry out subjective "comparison," "validate" factory calibration, or perform "copy-checking" based on internet forum discussions. Our products are engineered to State-Of-The-Art standards that are entirely beyond the technical ability of any individual to validate or test. Time is better directed toward mastering the craft than auditing the lens.

  • Transit Damage & Inspection: We meticulously inspect retail packaging for external damage or tampering of all items before dispatch. If your outer shipping box arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it and contact us immediately before unboxing.

  • Defects or Order Discrepancies: Every single product undergoes stringent quality checks by the respective manufacturer; it is not random batch testing synonymous with mass-produced products. In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us via email within 2 days of delivery. Once approved, we will typically arrange a reverse pickup (refer to Shipping Policy). Do not ship items back independently without our prior approval.

  • Shipping Liability Disclaimer: MysticFocus is not liable at any stage for shipments lost or damaged in transit. We are a retail distributor, not a courier company, and cannot assume liability on behalf of third-party logistics providers.

  • Condition of Returns: To qualify for an approved return, exchange, or remedy, the product must be completely unused and returned in its original retail box—including all user manuals, accessories, and protective plastic wrappings exactly as originally packaged. Failure to comply completely invalidates the return request.

  • Remedy & Liability: MysticFocus reserves the sole discretion to repair, replace, or refund items covered under the manufacturer's warranty. No compensation, damages, or claims will be entertained for any consequential losses or operational delays.
