Returns Policy

Goods once sold & delivered cannot be returned, exchanged or bought back by us at any stage. MysticFocus does not resell items as "open box", "customer returns", "customer upgrades" or "customer exchanges" to its customers as no such inventories are maintained by us


We do not buy back even if you intend to upgrade or are a repeat customer


We reserve the sole right to repair, replace or refund for goods that are under the manufacturer's warranty. No damages shall be paid for any consequential losses


All product(s) undergo stringent quality check at the factory & inspection at our warehouse before being boxed and dispatched to ensure no physical damages are caused to the product & its retail packaging. It is therefore highly unlikely that the product shall develop any defect upon arrival. However, if you find any damage to the shipping box, please contact us immediately at before unboxing

In an unfortunate event, if you do receive a product that appears to have either a manufacturing defect, or not what you ordered, or incorrectly ordered by you, please email us at within 2 days of receiving it explaining the issues. We shall advise you of the correct method of shipping them back to us. We shall not accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit if the return shipping is not organized by us. Please refer to our shipping page for more details on how to return product(s) back to us


All returnable product(s) must be sent back in their original retail box including their user manual booklet, accessories if any & must be wrapped as originally in their respective plastic covers. Failure to do so would in-validate the return process in lieu of refunds, exchanges or order modifications
