Payment Policy

​

  • Accepted Payment Modes: We accept online payments via our integrated website gateway, direct bank transfers (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS), or cheques (subject to realization). We do not accept cash or cryptocurrency, and GST cannot be waived under any circumstances.

  • Supported Cards & Digital Payments: Our payment gateway accepts domestic RuPay, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners Club and Maestro debit/credit cards, alongside Netbanking, UPI and several wallets officially available in India.

  • Suspended Payment Methods: All international debit/credit cards are strictly suspended. Suspicious or fraudulent international card activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

  • Secure Gateways & Privacy: Online transactions are processed securely via our intuitive payment gateway. Our systems never read or store your card or banking data. MysticFocus will never ask for your card details, OTPs, or netbanking credentials.

  • Fraud Prevention Match: Orders will be cancelled automatically if the name on the payment card does not match the customer profile details.

  • Offline Order Payment Links: Upon request, we can generate a secure Razorpay payment link sent via SMS/Email. These links expire after 12 hours. Successful transaction alerts are automated, with subsequent order processing notifications sent between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

  • No Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment on Delivery or COD options are strictly unavailable for all orders, regardless of the order size, value, or delivery location.

  • EMI Facilities: MysticFocus does not offer internal financing or part-payment options. However, standard credit card EMI facilities may be availed directly through our integrated payment gateway at checkout, or arranged independently through your card-issuing bank post-purchase. Eligibility, interest rates, and approval are governed solely by your bank's terms; MysticFocus holds no liability or involvement in EMI disputes.

  • Jurisdiction: All disputes are governed by the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi/NCR.
