• 100% Brand New: MysticFocus exclusively sells brand-new, current-production items. We are an online-only store; in-person visits, product trials, and rental requests are not accommodated.

• Payment Clearance: Order processing is strictly subject to successful payment realization through our secure processing systems.

• Fraud Prevention: International debit/credit cards are blocked. Furthermore, orders will be cancelled automatically if the name on the payment card does not match the customer details provided.

• Accurate Information Required: Customers must provide a valid delivery address, active mobile number, and valid email ID. Inaccurate details may result in delivery failure or order cancellation without notice.

• Dispatch Policy: We aim to dispatch orders received before 11:00 AM on the same day, though this is not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

• Secure Packaging & Inspection: Products are individually inspected and securely padded inside heavy-duty, 5-ply shipping boxes before dispatch, eliminating the possibility of transit damage or structural failure upon arrival.

• Incorrect Deliveries: In the rare event that you receive an item that does not match your original order, contact us immediately at info@mysticfocus.in for rectification.

• Exclusive India Retailer & Risk Notice: MysticFocus has no affiliates, partners, or third-party resellers in India; we are the sole retailer of these products nationwide. We assume no responsibility or liability if you purchase from any other entity or website claiming to sell these brands in India—such purchases are made entirely at your own risk.

• Limitation of Liability: MysticFocus assumes no liability for any indirect or consequential losses, claims, or damages suffered after purchasing products from us.

• Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be settled in accordance with the prevailing laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi/NCR.
