Order processing is subject to successful realisation of the payment made or as duly captured by our requisite payment processing systems
Customers are requested to provide valid delivery address, valid mobile number & a valid email ID while placing their order. Failure to do so would impact delivery of their order or even cancellation without notice

International Debit / Credit Card transactions are blocked on our website
Orders shall be cancelled if the name on the Debit / Credit card used for placing the order does not match with the customer details

We are an online only store; customers cannot place an order by directly visiting our offices
We do not process orders for product trials or limited use even against a generous per day usage fees, synonymous with rental companies
Customers are cautioned here that we have no affiliates or 3rd party re-sellers in India to accept or process orders on our behalf. We shall not assume any responsibility if you buy from companies claiming to be dealers of MysticFocus & its associated OEM brands in India

Mystic Focus shall not assume any liability for any indirect, consequential losses, claims or damages that you may suffer after purchasing product(s) from us
All our products come pre-packed in their individual original retail boxes that are further securely packaged & padded inside a 5-ply heavy duty shipping box by us. The products are inspected & tested before being dispatched hence there are absolutely no chances of it encountering any physical damage or mechanical failure upon arrival
All disputes shall be settled in accordance with the prevailing laws of India, with the courts of Delhi / NCR having exclusive jurisdiction
