Refunds Policy

 

All refunds in lieu of order cancellations shall be processed within 7 working days of having received the product(s) as per our cancellation & return policies. It shall take up to 15 additional working days for the refunds to reflect back to their original payment method

 

In the absence of the option to repair or replace a faulty product, a decision to issue refund shall be taken within 7 working days of receiving the actual faulty product. All refunds shall be processed to the original payment method and it may take up to 15 additional working days for the refunds to reflect

 

All updates & decisions with regards to the repair, replacement or refund of a faulty product shall be duly communicated via subsequent email notifications​

 

No refunds or exchange shall be offered for under warranty product(s) that have suffered physical damage

All disputes shall be settled in accordance with the prevailing laws of India, with the courts of Delhi / NCR having exclusive jurisdiction
