Refunds Policy

• Processing Timeline: For approved cancellations, returns, or unrepairable/irreplaceable faulty items, refunds are initiated within 7 working days of receiving the product. It can take up to 15 additional working days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method.

• Communications: All updates and decisions regarding repairs, replacements, or refunds will be officially communicated to you via email.

• Exclusions: No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for products under warranty that exhibit signs of physical damage.

• Jurisdiction: All disputes are governed by the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi/NCR.
