Shipping Policy

General Terms

MysticFocus is the official distributor and principled seller of brand new Voigtländer & Rayqual products exclusively in India

All orders are processed and shipped directly from our own warehouse in Delhi / NCR region


We aim to dispatch all orders received before 10 AM the same day excluding Sundays & Public Holidays

Our shipping services are subject to availability of items ready for final dispatch

Our shipping services & their respective delivery timelines does not include factory lead times

We will not be responsible for shipment either lost in transit or undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address 


All disputes shall be settled in accordance with the prevailing laws of India, with the courts of Delhi / NCR having exclusive jurisdiction


Shipping & Delivery within India

All our orders are shipped using Blue Dart Express Ltd's fastest & most reliable shipping service 

Shipping services can be strained due to various unforeseen delays beyond our control. Please be patient when placing orders


In-person or local pickup by customers in Delhi / NCR is not available and such requests will not be entertained

Orders received on Sundays & Public Holidays shall only be shipped on the next working / business day

Customers can choose between "Priority" or  "Express" shipping services during checkout

Our default & free shipping service is called "Priority". For Tier 1 cities, delivery is usually between 2-3 working days of dispatch, upto 3-5 days for Tier 2 cities & upto 5 days for all other locations. Priority shipping service is included by default for all orders

Our fastest shipping service is called "Express" and is available to most PIN Codes in India. Deliveries are done usually the very next working day to all Tier 1 cities, upto 2-3 working days for Tier 2 and upto 4 days for all other locations. Express shipping services is offered at a very nominal rate of INR 395/- (excluding 18% GST) 

An 18% GST for shipping services is calculated & applied automatically to the cart before placing the order online on this website

Please note that all collections & deliveries excludes Sundays / Public Holidays

Transit details require at least 12 hours since receiving the shipment confirmation notification to become trackable

We shall automatically issue a refund for the excess i.e. INR 395/- + 18% GST incase your PIN code is not serviceable for Express shipping service 


On the day of the delivery, customers shall receive a shipment out for delivery notification alert as SMS to the mobile number provided at the time of placing the order. Please ensure that the number you provide is active & working so that you can be contacted by the delivery agent for directions or access to your society / door


All our shipments are enabled for “Person on Delivery” or POD, for capturing names & digital signatures (signatures are temporarily suspended due to Covid-19) of the recipient and shall never be left at doorstep. Please ensure that you or any other recipient on your behalf are aware of the shipment’s arrival in advance to avoid missing the delivery. Mystic Focus shall assume no responsibility for lost shipments


Typically, our courier partner shall make 2-3 successive attempts to deliver to your shipping address post which it shall be held for a few days at the local depot before being sent back to us. Customers are hereby requested not to miss receiving their shipments in the second attempt, which is usually the very next day of the first / previous attempt

In case of a missed delivery attempt to your address, it is also advisable that you may contact & try visiting your nearest Blue Dart service center for collection


Shipping charges for non-deliverable shipments that return to us due to a wrong address, or non-availability of a recipient shall not be refunded. Customers shall be charged extra for re-delivery


We shall not accept any liability for goods damaged or lost in transit, and no claims of consequential losses shall be entertained 


International shipping

We use FedEx for all of our export shipments


We shall confirm the shipping costs and tentative delivery timelines upfront for your acceptance. Once you confirm the shipping charges, we shall then further assist you with the ordering process. The shipping charges shall be exclusive of the customs duty


Please note that custom duties shall have to be paid locally by customers in their respective country


Neither MysticFocus nor FedEx shall assume any responsibility for the delays, goods withheld by your country’s customs or non-delivery of goods for any reasons whatsoever


If import of goods sold by us is prohibited in your country and if the goods return to us in its original form, we shall then process a refund excluding all associated shipping charges


We shall not accept any liability for goods damaged or lost in transit and no further claims of consequential losses shall be entertained      


Return Shipping

In case of a return, MysticFocus shall organise a reverse pickup by its courier partner from the address as specified by the customer. A return shipping label shall be emailed which must be printed & pasted on the shipping box. Customers are hereby requested to repackage the goods to be returned in their original packaging and original shipping boxes


Damages caused in transit due to improper packaging of product(s) shall no longer be eligible for any return, refund or exchange and shall be shipped back to the customers in as-is condition


Shipping costs

Shipping is free for all new orders across India as long as the area Pin Code is serviceable by Blue Dart


Shipping cost is free for all product(s) to be sent for repair under warranty, exchanges in lieu of wrong product(s) delivered


In case of a non-serviceable area Pin Code by Blue Dart, an alternate courier services can be availed at an extra charge. Depending upon the available courier mode & their overall charges including insurance, charges can vary between INR 1000 to INR 1500. If you feel you live in a serene yet remote corner of our beautiful country, please confirm with us your area PIN code serviceability before placing any order


Shipments in lieu of product(s) being sent for repair outside of warranty, exchange in lieu of order modifications (customer mistake) shall be charged back at a one-way rate of INR 500 for Blue Dart and up to INR 1500 for others  


Order Tracking

Customers shall be notified of the Air Waybill (AWB) or tracking number for their order once it has been dispatched. Please use the courier partner website for real time tracking information


International customers are hereby requested to use FedEx’s website for tracking their shipments
