Shipping Policy

​

General Terms​

  • Authorised Seller: MysticFocus is the official distributor, stockist and direct reseller of brand-new Voigtländer and RAYQUAL products exclusively in India.

  • Our Location: All orders ship directly from our Delhi/NCR warehouse. Visitors are not allowed.

  • Dispatch Timeline: Orders received before 10:00 AM are dispatched the same day (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays), subject to stock availability and excluding factory lead times.

  • Jurisdiction: All disputes are governed by the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi/NCR.

  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for shipments lost or undelivered due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Shipping & Delivery​

We exclusively & directly use Blue Dart Express Ltd. for fast, reliable domestic shipping. Please note that alternative courier service or in-person local pickups are not available. MysticFocus is not liable for delivery delays or shipments lost in transit - we are not a courier company. In the rare event of a transit issue, please contact Blue Dart customer support directly with your tracking details to resolve the complaint.

 

Shipping & Liability Disclaimer

MysticFocus provides domestic dispatch via Blue Dart strictly as a convenience service to its customers. As a retail distributor, our legal liability ends and 100% of the transit risk transfers to the buyer upon handover to the courier. Because we are not a logistics company, any official transit claims must be settled directly with Blue Dart through their customer channels.

 

Avoiding the Aggregator Flaw

Most businesses route orders through cheap, third-party logistics aggregators dealing with bulk shipments. These budget middlemen squeeze carrier margins, resulting in low-priority, cut-rate handling where packages are frequently delayed or mistreated due to the low payout even when it is via Blue dart or Fedex or any other reputable courier. 

 

Our Premium, Direct Policy

As a strict policy, MysticFocus bypasses all middlemen to work directly with Blue Dart. Because Blue Dart earns several times more delivering our premium shipments compared to budget bulk accounts, our shipments are heavily prioritised and incentivised end-to-end for timely delivery. We use only their most expensive service tiers for all of our shipments to maintain a near-flawless delivery record. While we cannot assume financial liability, we will fully assist in escalating matters through our direct corporate channels if a rare exception occurs.

Shipping Modes & Timelines​

  • Priority Shipping (Default & Free): Included with all orders. Delivery takes 2–3 working days for Tier 1 cities, 3–5 working days for Tier 2, and up to 5 days for other locations. These timelines are not guaranteed though. 

  • Express Shipping (Extra Charges): Delivery usually happens the next working day for all Tier 1 cities (such as metros including Bangalore, Pune and capital cities), 2–3 days for Tier-2, and up to 4 days for other locations. Available at a nominal rate of ₹395 (+ 18% GST). If your PIN code is unserviceable for Express, this amount will be automatically refunded. These timelines are not guaranteed though.

 

Tracking & Delivery Protocol​

  • Tracking: A tracking link will be provided upon dispatch. Shipment scan data typically requires up to 12-18 hours to activate on the Blue Dart Tracking Website.

  • Delivery Alert: You will normally receive an "Out for Delivery" SMS on the day of arrival. Please ensure your contact number is active & reachable.

  • Person on Delivery (POD): Shipments require a digital name/signature capture at your door and must never be left unattended.

  • Missed Deliveries: Blue Dart makes 2–3 successive delivery attempts before returning the parcel. If an attempt is missed, you can contact or visit your nearest Blue Dart center for self-collection.

  • Non-Delivery: Shipments returned due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient are non-refundable. Extra charges apply for re-delivery.

  • Transit Liability: Delivery timelines are not guaranteed. MysticFocus accepts no liability for goods damaged or lost in transit, and no claims for consequential losses will be entertained. We are not a courier company.

Return Shipping​

  • Process: For approved returns, MysticFocus will organise a reverse pickup. A return shipping label will be emailed to you; it must be printed and pasted onto a reasonably strong shipping box.

  • Packaging Requirement: Items must be returned in their original packaging and original shipping boxes. Items damaged during reverse transit due to poor packaging will forfeit their eligibility for a return, refund, or exchange, and will be sent back as-is.

 

Shipping Costs Summary (one-way only) â€‹

  • Standard New Orders (India) - Free or Paid (via Blue Dart serviceable PIN codes)

  • Remote/Unserviceable PIN Codes - ₹1,500 – ₹2,500 (via alternate couriers)

  • In-Warranty Repairs / Wrong Item Exchanges - Free

  • Out-of-Warranty Repairs / Customer Error Exchanges - Up to ₹1000 (Blue Dart) / Up to ₹2,500 (alternate couriers)​
